aptive environmental is looking for individuals with a proven track record of success within the customer service industry. Although making sales is not necessarily a part of the job, having sales experience will help with achieving a high level of success.
The working hours of the job are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. One, unpaid, one hour lunch is provided each day, as well as two, paid, 10 minute breaks. Opportunities for overtime may be provided at times, but is never mandatory.
JOB DUTIES:
-Your primary job duty is retaining customers.
-The second most important part of the job is collecting money from past due accounts. Ultimately, customers who do not pay after 90 days will be sent to a third party collections company, you will be trying to prevent that from happening to them.
-Fielding calls, making calls, and responding to other forms of communication for general customer service issues.
-Communicating with technicians and sales reps to assist with routing, customers, and any other help that may be needed.
-Other miscellaneous office duties (we are a small office and must do everything ourselves, down to the upkeep of the office).
PAY/BENEFITS:
-$11/hour NEGOTIABLE WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE. It is on YOU to bring your best case to merit a higher pay rate, along with references.
-Other regular incentives. Our staff currently averages over $200 extra each month.
-After 180 days, you will have your first review, receive a raise based on performance, and be offered medical, dental, and vision insurance, at a discounted rate, through the company.
We are looking to promote this entry level position to management after a period of proven success and positive attitude while working for us. Consider the position "Manager in training."
