This Legal Administrative Assistant will be supporting the Legal Operations Leader of a corporate companyThe candidate we seek to represent will be assigned to a short term temporary position with the possibility to be extended.The Legal Administrative Assistant employee will be responsible for providing Administrative support to the Legal Operations Leader. Candidate should be highly confident in their data entry skills, computer ability and possess a high level of attention to detail. Candidate needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter who can be flexible and assist where needed. This candidate will also be responsible for regular Administrative tasks.Job Title: Legal Administrative AssistantLocation: Indianapolis, INLength of Assignment: up to 6 monthsShift hours: Full-time, 40 hours a weekDescription:

Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for setting up meetings, heavy calendaring, and occasional travel arranging

Manages the functional Outlook mailbox- able to act on emails, forward to appropriate parties-develop/compose communications

Attend meetings-take meeting notes and capture action items

Expense reporting and other departmental reporting duties

Copy, scanning and filing

Other duties as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Some college or a degree is preferred

Legal Administrative experience preferred but not required

3-6 years of previous Administrative experience

Good written and verbal communications skills

Good interpersonal skills

The ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment is critical

Job requires Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- need to be able to create and run Pivot Tables, spreadsheets and charting/graphing

Knowledge of SharePoint and/or filing sharing

Candidate needs to be a tech savvy individual who can assist with minor desktop troubleshooting.

Must have exceptional attention to detail

Must be able to multi-task

Must be able to make decisions independently, troubleshoot and solve problems effectively

Reliable, can take initiative and be flexible

Team player
