Note: Automotive dealership experience or technical knowledge is required to qualify for this role. If you’ve worked with warranties in any capacity at an automotive dealership, please be sure to highlight this in your work history.


Skills for Success

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong computer navigation and typing skills (minimum of 35 words per minute – click here to take a free typing test!)
  • Ability to work an 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time / 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time shift, Monday through Friday (no weekends!)
  • To be a self-motivated, passionate professional who is enthusiastic, energetic and teamwork-oriented

Eligibility Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in warranty administration and/or insurance claims
  • Automotive dealership experience (service department and/or warranty administration preferred) or automotive technical knowledge (current or prior automotive technician, certified, etc.)

Remote Work Requirements

  • Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Nevada, Texas, South Carolina or Georgia resident
  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Cellular phone
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
