OverviewWe are seeking an early career "Go Getter" to join our Human Capital Solutions (HCS) Practice and assist with the rapid deployment of Cloud-based SaaS solutions that deliver positive outcomes and significant Return on Investment (ROI) for our Federal customers. By modernizing their Hire-to-Retire business processes and systems, we help our customers improve the Employee Experience (EX) of their servicemembers / employees and simultaneously save taxpayers money.As a Junior Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud Developer, we will train you on Human Resources (HR) business processes and the Oracle Cloud HCM technology platform. You will be a valued team member working to implement HR modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Payroll.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, troubleshoot, and debug Oracle HCM implementations at the direction of Senior HCM Architects
Support business process analysis, data analysis, and legacy system analysis
Configure technical solutions to meet business requirements using HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher
QualificationsRequired:Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics
Experience or class work with Java Coding, Algorithms, and Data Structures
Working knowledge of SQL
Desired:Human Resources (HR) business experience
OBIEE, Oracle EBS, Peoplesoft, or other Business Intelligence (BI) / Analytics tool development
Experience on SQL Server or Oracle databases
Certification in any HR Management Information Systems
JavaScript development experience
