DescriptionRobert Half Technology is hiring a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users at a rapidly expanding company in the Wholesale Distribution industry. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Indianapolis, Indiana area and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity.How you will make an impact
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
Requirements
1+ years of prior experience
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
Network Troubleshooting experience preferred
Hardware and Software Troubleshooting experience
Practical knowledge of VPNs
Well-founded grasp of Remote Users
User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
