This is an opportunity for an experienced ITIL and process professional to work with an established company on key strategic process initiatives. This person will work closely with various IT groups to gather data on current manual processes and find opportunities for automated process. For anyone with experience in the incident/problem/change management space with a knack for helping to implement processes, this is the role for you.



Required Skills:

Must have 5+ years of experience with incident, problem, and change management processes

Experience with ITIL processes is required

Must be technical enough in experience to be able to have ideas and help to make positive process changes

Must be able to gather data and look for opportunities to automate manual processes

Experience with both infrastructure and application development processes is ideal

Must be able to interact with various teams in a positive way to help create change

Light project management experience is ideal
