We Are Hiring Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor - Behavioral Health OP - Full-Time, Evening - Indianapolis-8401 Harcourt Rd - Indianapolis, INWork schedule will be evening shift 4p to 2a ,4 10 hour shifts. Conducts patient assessments and establishes therapy treatment goals.
Administers individual and group therapy. Maintains thorough and confidential records of observations.
Evaluates progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
Provides patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
Works directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.

Required Credential(s):
One or more of the following:
Counselorspecializing inMental Healthcredentialed from theIndiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Boardobtained within48 Months (4 years)of hire date or job transfer date.
Social Workercredentialed from theIndiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Boardobtained within48 Months (4 years)of hire date or job transfer date.
Therapistspecializing inMarriage & Familycredentialed from theIndiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Boardobtained within48 Months (4 years)of hire date or job transfer date.
Preferred Credential(s):
BLS Providercredentialed from theAmerican Heart Association (AHA).
Clinical Counselor.
LCSW or LMHC preferred
Education:
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
Work Experience:
Experience in crisis assessment, mental health inpatient or partial hospital / higher levels of care, or emergency room work preferred.
