Project Analyst/coordinator is responsible for managing data and quality in processes tied to key vulnerability management which deals with complex multiple team and client efforts.
Key Responsibilities / Skills:

  • Developing system impact assessments and reporting status
  • Ability to independently conduct meetings and track down answers related to various project phases
  • Ensuring compliance with internal control processes
  • Comfortable with communicating with varying levels
  • Analytical, detail oriented, and organized
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Participate and may facilitate meetings surrounding a quarterly process for the Plan of Action and Milestones team (POAM). Your involvement in the Quarterly process includes but is not limited to:
    • Final review on client's evidence packages
    • Track and provide QA Metrics
    • Review "Closed Denied" POAMs from CSAM daily and follow-up with appropriate teams
    • Maintain and update current QA checklist that client is using
    • Improve processes upstream to minimize QA efforts which includes providing Lessons learned and supplemental training to team on evidence packaging
    • Attend POAM team meetings
    • Ensure team members understand priorities
    • Work with IT Compliance team to keep the process flowing from packaging to submission

    Qualifications:
  • Prior proven project and process analysis and/or coordination experience
  • Security and/or Infrastructure experience
  • Very detailed oriented
  • Quality Assurance experience preferred
  • High level of Experience with MS Excel
  • Proficient win working with MS Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
