Supplying superior customer service, maintaining a kind and detail oriented manner
Writing communications and prooing materials
Providing support for administrative, technical and clerical functions of sales teams
Performing other Sales Assistant tasks as necessary
Preparing travel and meeting arrangements
Aiding the sales department with the promotion of company products and services
Producing sales reports and preparing presentations
Requirements
BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field recommended
SAP experience desired
Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
Employer suggests 1+ years of Sales Assistant experience
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
Superb social skills, experience with project coordination, and capable of working well with staff at all levels and outside clients and vendors
