Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition - Sourcer/Onboarding Coordinator partners with the Talent Acquisition - Recruiter and Hiring Leader to understand staffing needs, develops and implements a proactive, innovative sourcing strategy focused on assigned area of critical, difficult-to-fill and visible roles. Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit diverse, top talent. The TA Sourcer will strategically source active and passive talent, assess and select qualified talent to be referred as candidates for open searches including networking and cultivating a talent pipeline. The TA Sourcer will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive candidate and customer experience for sourced talent and onboarding.

  • Develops and applies advanced sourcing strategies and techniques including the use of social media, internet, data mining and talent campaigns in order to locate and secure top industry talent. Develops relationships with professional organizations, associations and community agencies to identify and recruit a diverse slate of viable candidates.
  • Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Recruiter to understand staffing requirements and develops a proactive, innovative, and cost-effective sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit a diverse pool of top talent.
  • Conducts cold calls to passive candidates to present opportunities for critical, difficult-to-fill and visible positions. Performs structured screening and assessment to ensure applicants meet both position and organizational requirements.
  • Develops and maintains network and database of potential talent for future reference including pipeline of passive talent. Assist new applicants and new employees in pre-hire and on-boarding steps.
  • Complete all aspects of onboarding including, verification of documents for work eligibility and completion of all required company, state and federal new hire paperwork.
  • Facilitate all required background checks, Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) checks, and drug tests as needed.
  • Maintains knowledge of current employee benefits, salary structures, etc. Provides candidate information related to culture and benefits, which promotes our company as the employer of choice.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

Experience
2+ years of recent Talent Acquisition experience with demonstrated knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection and candidate assessment techniques and onboarding required.
