Our Restaurant and 2 Food Trucks are looking to hire a new lead Chef /Cook and an Assistant Chef / Cook who will be responsible for preparing awesome dishes for our guests. Duties will include, but not limited to; prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness, serving, arranging and garnishing the dishes. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. Inventory, ordering, receiving, grilling meats on the smoker are amongst other duties you will be responsible for
To be successful in this job, you will need a thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation. Culinary school education is preferred, and prior experience in a related position is an advantage. Rate is $12 to $15 / hr. Full time preferred. Part time Possible.
