We are proud to represent an exceptional restaurant group, seeking Restaurant General Managers for various locations in the Indianapolis, IN metro area. This group owns/operates multiple locations for a nationally recognized restaurant brand in the Quick-Casual market segment. GMs with this company enjoy exceptional work/life balance (no late nights, no holidays) and a generous profit-sharing bonus with uncapped earnings potential. COMPENSATION: Total Earnings Potential (Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus) of $65,000 annually on average. Benefits include health/dental insurance, PTO, zero late nights and closed all major holidays
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications/Skills:
- 2+ years GM-level experience in a QSR/Fast-Casual restaurant environment
- Hand-on mentality, expectation for GMs to be highly active in both FOH/BOH operations daily
- Success in managing controllables and other P&L related line-items
- Ability to drive business and create a positive work environment
- Team-first/Guest-first philosophy
- Able to successfully pass criminal background check
- BOH cross-training/KM experience a plus
