Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality management role; full service restaurant.
Can demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm towards guest service.
Is self-motivated and competitive. Is driven to grow and develop personally as well as developing a great team.
Can conduct a variety of administrative duties that ensure the efficiency and organization of the restaurant and team.
Has the ability to supervise, develop, lead & motivate employees.
Can establish, maintain, and enforce our standards.
Is capable of adapting his/her leadership in a variety of situations and scenarios.
Has the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.Skills required: Microsoft office, inventory management, goal oriented, team leader, sales growth, cost control, serve safe certified.
