What You'll Do:Â
Stepping into this role, you work with multiple systems toÂlocate, order, and provide delivery of life-sustaining medicationsÂneeded for our end customer, the long term care patient. As well, you will answer phone calls and listen carefully for concerns and resolve issues appropriately. ProvidingÂhigh quality service in response to calls and emailsÂwill be important for your success.ÂInterfacing with your manager, other technicians, and pharmacists, our flexible, collaborative team shares the daily workload, and will be grateful for your positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail. As you increase your skills with our automated systems, there will be room to grow, within this group or within other departments in our growing company.
What You'll Bring:
OurÂOrder Entry Technician (preferred CPhT)Âwill be licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy, have at leastÂtwo years of consistent pharmacy skill where ideally you haveÂconcentrated experience handling prior authorizations and interfacing with insurance providers. Bringing solid data entry skills, as well as Âdispensing history with strong SIG Code and calculations abilities, is paramount and sets you up for success for reviewing and ensuring all orders are complete before routing to production. You will beÂorganized, detail-oriented, mission driven in your work, punctual, and reliable. YourÂverbal,Âwritten, and customer service skills will be superior. Computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and the desire to work collaboratively with the team are essential.
