American Specialty Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the client configuration needs of new and existing small to mid-size Healthyroads clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with group and member enrollment, benefit set up and validation, client customizations, biometric screening and worksite education vendor facilitation, data integration, and issue resolution. Through high level support using critical & analytical thinking, this position will aid in sustained client engagement and retention while exceeding client expectations.

EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1-2 years experience in project management, implementation management or equivalent. Experience in health care / wellness preferred.

Proven experience overseeing projects and direct management of multiple customer relationships, including experience with various programs/services and/or vendor integrations.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members to support clients and achieve goals.

Proficient in MS Office with experience in data management and / or eligibility and operating systems

Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations and procedures to develop effective solutions.

Outstanding verbal, phone and in person, and written communication skills (email, client presentations and internal documentation/reporting).

Computer skills including word processing, Excel spreadsheets, Access and email.
