Client is looking for a Technical Project Lead, who under the general supervision of the Delivery Director, will successfully deliver a health plan ecosystem within time, budget and client satisfaction. The Lead will work with the small to mid-size Health Plan Clients, third party vendors, and onshore and offshore Client associates to support system installations, conversions and migrations. Candidate should have a strong business acumen and experience with health plan operations, technology or related industries. You should understand how multiple technologies can integrate and work together seamlessly. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with clients. You should be an excellent problem solver who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them.

As a Technical Lead, this is your opportunity to:

• Implement data integration best practices and conventions
• Support UAT/Production deployments and able to handle bug-fixes/production issues
• Identify potential problems and proactively suggest changes and solutions
• Act as a reference for the data integration and reporting solution
• Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to project development team
• Perform project co-ordination activities with onshore and offshore teams
• Perform/Support unit testing, systems testing and UAT testing
• Build and execute a project management plan by having an understanding how different projects/platforms communicate and overlap.
• Create and nurture business relationships which lead to a successful project implementations
• Capture long term business needs and drive the creation of domain specific and integrated solutions
• Interact with Project Sponsors, other Technical Managers, and multiple development teams to define and deliver complex cross-functional projects. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Comply with the organization’s Code of Conduct, all regulatory and contractual requirements, organizational policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Expert level of knowledge in Informatica Powercenter and Informatica Cloud (7+ years)
• Experience working in Informatica migration projects (Powercenter to Cloud)
• Should have experience working in US Health Payor organizations
• Experience with SQL and Stored Procedures
• Experience with Unix and shell scripts
• Experience in B2B Integration projects
• Should be able to understand legacy Informatica codes and re-design it to meet performance and best practices standards
• Should be able to troubleshoot and identify the translation issues when data transferred from source to target
• Should be able to write technical design on the requirements, which can be used by the developers
• Independently develop code
• Experience in a Health Edge application and a managed care environment preferred Expertise in Health Rules Payer and Care manager or any other Core Admin platforms like Facets, QNext.
• Experience in XML and Webservice transformations Aldera DST etc
