We are seeking skilled individuals to install paver and stone materials, able to use a bobcat or skid steer, cut pavers with saws and have landscaping and planting experience for a management company in Indianapolis.
Must be dependable and able to do physical, manual labor without issue. Equipment provided. Must be able to work Mon Fri 7am to 4pm with possible overtime as needed/required.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from work
Able to use small hand tools and equipment used to cut and install pavers
Able to work in all elements: rain, cold, heat, snow, and sleet
Able to lift up to 75 lbs. without assistance
Able to perform work on uneven surfaces; frequently climb ladders, on/off equipment and work from various heights
Able and willing to walk, stand, bend, and sit for long periods of time
Able to use your hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning and pulling
Follow safety policies and procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment required for the job in a safe manner
