Responsibilities:
Monitoring sparks from welders in designated areas
Using water sprayers and fire extinguishers
Preparing job site and communicating with coworkers
Maintaining focus at all times with long periods of standing
Climbing to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints
Lifting heavy loads up to 70 lbs and navigate construction job site terrain
Preparing the job site for welding
Performing setup and cleanup tasks at job site
Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew
Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles
Shifts:
6am to 6pm Wednesday-Sunday
Requirements:
Must be able to work outside, frequently for long periods of time in all weather
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel and lift overhead.
Must pass a background check, drug screen and be a non-smoker
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Must wear boots, jeans, and personal protection equipment at all times
