Green With Envy Lawn Care is a full service lawn care and landscape maintenance company providing services to a wide range of residential and commercial clients. We provide all manner of lawn care, landscape maintenance and basic landscaping to our clients. The services we offer include: Mowing, Fertilization & Weed Control Programs, Spring Clean-up, Fall Clean-up, Landscape Bed Design, Mulching, Landscape Installation, Small Tree Removal, Shrub and Hedge Trimming, Pruning, ETC.
We are currently hiring for the 2019 Lawn Season. We are currently seeking team members for full-time employment starting in early April and working until late December. The months of April, May and June will provide full-time employees the opportunity to work 50-60 hours per week. The remainder of the season will be steady with 40 plus hour weeks. We re currently hiring "Crew Leaders" and also have several openings for "Crew Members". See the description below for more details and the requirements regarding these positions.
Crew Leaders: Crew leaders will lead a team of 2 to 3 other employees performing lawn and landscape services on our clients properties. This person will be responsible for supervising their team, overseeing the quality of services provided, driving a work truck with trailer, basic maintenance of equipment, etc. Crew Leader pay rates range from $12.50 - $16.00 based on experience.
Requirements: Crew Leader Candidates must have a valid Indiana Drivers License and be insurable through our carriers. Crew Leaders should have verifiable experience working full-time in this industry. Crew Leaders should have a total of at 3 least 3 years of verifiable experience in the lawn care and landscape maintenance industry and at least 1 year of verifiable experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, Team Leader or Crew Leader. Crew Leader candidates should have experience and competency in all manner of basic landscaping and landscape maintenance not just mowing. Crew Leaders should be comfortable leading landscape related projects and have experience with landscape bed work, mulching, proper shrub and bush trimming techniques and more. Crew Leaders should be familiar with operating and providing basic maintenance on a wide range of mowing and landscape related equipment.
Crew Members: We are hiring for crew member positions. Crew Members will work on a 3-4 man mowing and landscape team. Crew Member pay ranges from $9.50 - $13.00 per hour based on experience and other factors.
Requirements: Punctuality, Strong Work Ethic, Common Sense, Pride In Work. Experience preferred but will train serious candidates who have a desire to work hard and grow with us and advance.

We are located at 5822 S. Harding Street, 46217. We are located between Epler Avenue and Edgewood Avenue on the west side of Harding Street. It is not well marked but it is a series of metal warehouse buildings which are tan colored with brown trim. We are all the way in the back of the complex inside the security fence. Are office is on the south end of the complex. The turn in for the complex is one drive south of the Prairie Farms Dairy Facility.
