The open positions are for cleaning office buildings throughout Indianapolis - example locations:
- North Meridian near 116th Street
- North Keystone near 86th Street
- Allisonville Rd. near 82nd Street
Must have reliable transportation for most locations!
Shifts are Monday through Friday:
Full-time Day Porters Approx. 7:30am - 4pm
Part-time Evening Cleaners Approx. 5:30pm - 10:30pm
Floor Techs work evening hours and may stay longer based on the project being completed.
Duties:
- Providing full service day or evening cleaning within class A office spaces
- Cleaning/stocking restrooms and break rooms throughout the facility
- Maintaining other common areas including elevators, lobbies and entrances
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Emptying garbage cans
- Sweeping/mopping floors
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to effectively and positively communicate with clients and fellow employees/supervisors
- Prompt and very consistent attendance is critical
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform duties with restricted communications while in client areas
- Good physical health - job requires good fitness/strength, including an ability to walk throughout the day and move heavier loads (up to 35lbs.) as required
Floor Tech:
- Scrubbing, Stripping, Waxing, Buffing
- Carpet Spotting and Shampooing
Starting Pay Range: $9.50-$11/hour
Must be reliable and dependable - Frequent call offs will Not be accepted!
Background checks Required - No Theft Charges of any kind within 7 years will be accepted!
