We are looking for an exceptionally talented, creative, smart, and strategic graphic designer with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, with solid skills and talent in both print and web design to join our team.
If you are a strong designer who creates inspired work that drives behavior change and action within a client s corporate brand guidelines, we want to meet you.You ll collaborate with our award-winning team of experts; art directors, designers, developers, writers, strategists, and project managers to create incredible, compelling and engaging work we love to share feedback and ideas.
Of course, you are highly organized and have a demonstrated knowledge of print and web issues such as color spaces, printing methods, type/font usage and issues, image resolution formats, and optimization. Roles:
Be an integral part of the design team, responsible for the design and production of a variety of deliverablesAble to keep up with many simultaneous client projects.
Able to prioritize and summarize what is important within ever-changing, often challenging scenarios.
Make sure you deliver on time, without inaccuracies or errors of grammar, spelling, or style.
Participate in strategy work and support the development of solutions.Assignments, tasks and on-going projects range from strategic and high-level to detail-oriented production.Qualifications
Software Requirements:
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop. Illustrator), MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Adobe Acrobat, Internet browsers, understanding of HTML and CSSWell-organized with a workflow that takes into account a collaborative environment where project work sometimes is shared Understanding of branding how to look at a clients brand guidelines.
Excellent communication skills: written and verbal Ability to concept Understanding of responsive web designExperience working around cross-platform, cross-browser idiosyncrasiesAbility to produce print-ready artwork to specificationsKnowledge of printing methods: ability to creatively suggest new production solutions.
