Forging Operator Shift Schedule and Hours
* 12-hour rotating swing shifts: 3 days on 2 days off then 2 days on then 3 days off
* Schedule rotation means you work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, then you are off Monday and Tuesday, then work Wednesday, Thursday, then you are off Friday Saturday and Sunday. It is a continual rotation giving you a long weekend off every other week and still giving you overtime every other week
* 8:00 am - 8:30 pm A Shift â
* 8:00 am - 8:30 pm C Shift
* 8:00 pm - 8:30 am B Shift
* 8:00 pm - 8:30 am D Shift
Forging Operator Pay Rate
* Operators - A and C Shifts $13.11/hour with Summer Premium rate of $13.61/hour
* Operators - B and D Shifts $14.11/hour with Summer Premium rate of $14.61/hour
* Primary and Back Up Drivers (requires CDL) $15.42/hour with 90 Day Increase to $15.92/hour
* Increases are available at 30, 60, 90, and 1 year
Forging Operator Hiring Requirements
* Must be willing to consent to a background check and drug screen
* Must have the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
* Must be able to work in a hot environment
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
* Prior forging experience preferred, but not required
* For the CDL positions only - A Class B CDL is required and a Hazmat Certification is preferred
