Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring Packing and Production Laborers for 1st shift (Monday-Friday) and 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday) positions at Tipton Mills in Columbus, IN. Tipton Mills manufactures powered drink and food products. They are a climate-controlled facility and they offer growth opportunities!
Department information:
* Packaging Department - packages powdered food/drink products, inspects packages for quality assurance, packs and re-packs products in boxes
* Production- lifts 50lb bags of powered mixes, measures quantities of powered material to obtain accurate recipe, pour mixture into the machine to mix final product
* Material Handling - reach truck and forklift operation, manual lifting, and distribution of material to different areas
Packing Shift & Payâ
* 1st shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday pays $11.00 per hour
* 2nd shift 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday-Thursday pays $ 11.50 per hour
Production Labor Shift & Pay
* 1st shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday pays $13.00 per hour
* 2nd shift 3:30 pm - 2:00 am, Monday-Thursday pays $13.50 per hour
* Wage increases offered after 90 days
* Occasional overtime opportunities available

Temp to Hire after 90 days

* Must consent to background check and drug screen
* Must be able to stand, twist and turn for entire shift
