Our company is an industry leading provider of commercial Printing Press Blankets (used in packaging/labeling). Seeking to add (1-2) Press Operator(s) to meet our growing demand!
Daily Responsibilities:
-Read production orders and set press machine accordingly.
-Apply adhesive to bar/glue- edges.
-Crimp aluminum/steel bars onto edges.
-Machine press bars onto blankets to exact PSI.
-Inspect finished product and document daily production results.
-Assist in other warehouse duties, as assigned by management.
-Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed.
-Capable of working a consistent schedule (7am-3:30pm EST, Mon-Fri; optional OT during peak demand periods/seasons)
Qualifications:
-Eager to learn a new trade.
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a facility with variable temperatures.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics.
