What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll oversee workflow, drive productivity, ensure quality, and keep your team safe and motivated.
Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team
Maintain a safe, hazard-free workplace
Monitor production efficiency and quality
Manage schedules, reports, and KPIs
Collaborate with other departments to meet business goals
Hours/schedules:
Start time: 4:30am
Days:Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday

Production Supervisor Qualifications:
Supervisory experience in production/warehouse
Strong communication & organizational skills
Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
Computer literacy and reporting accuracy
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Must have Valid Driver’s License w/ clean driving record
Must have 1+ yr. Face to Face Customer Service Experience
Able to communicate effectively in English (written & verbal)
Able to pass a background check and drug screening (hair)
