L&E is looking for a qualified Rivet Operator to join our growing team.

Rivet Operators complete manufacturing processes and ensure work is completed to a high degree of accuracy. The ideal team member will have proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Full-time positions available on 1st and 2nd shift. Positions come with benefits and a retention plan with increases. Work is in a climate controlled manufacturing facility with a friendly environment and a small company feel.

1st Shift:

-Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with overtime possible daily and Saturday

2nd Shift:

-Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with overtime possible daily and Saturday

-Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:30 pm - 1:00 am with overtime possible daily and Saturday + 10% shift differential

The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following and possess the following

-Use of the punch, die, and rivet press to form fasteners on to aerospace parts.

-Select and identify the proper materials, including rivet selection, needed to assemble components.

-May perform some trouble-shooting and rework of production items.

-Great hand eye coordination

-Ability to multi-task

-Good work ethic

-Self-starter

-Willing to learn

-Good attendance

-High School Diploma or GED required

-Small part assembly experienced preferred

Position Demands

-Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds on a daily basis

-Able to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, etc

-Able to successfully pass vision screens

-Able to sit for prolonged periods

-Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects.
