Sullivan Corporation is a general contractor located in Noblesville, IN serving local and national clients throughout the United States. We are looking for an individual whom can assist in a wide array of roles as follows:
Office Manager/Estimating Team Assistant
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Estimating team with bidding process from collection to submission, including but not limited to
securing subcontractor bids, finding new subcontractors to bid, and assist submission of bids by compiling and preparing actual bid package
Follow up on customer bid leads
Must have excellent verbal communication and able to initiate cold calls to subcontractors in order to solicit proposals for projects
Provide administrative and secretarial support for President and others as needed
Handle all incoming communication (phone calls, mail, faxes, etc.)
Manage travel arrangements for office personal as requested
Order office supplies
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum pre-requisites for the position are as follows:
High School diploma or equivalent
Computer skills, including Microsoft proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be team player, dependable, and show initiative
Ability to multi task and demonstrate problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience Preferred:
Data Entry: 1 year
Administrative Assistant: 1 year
Administrative: 1 year
Construction Estimating: 1 year
Estimating: 1 year
