We are looking for parts managers at our West side and Zionsville locations. Due to tremendous growth and employee promotions at both locations we are looking for high octane candidates to fill these positions. No previous parts experience necessary but experienced candidates would be welcomed. You must be able to type without looking at the keyboard and use multiple computer programs to accomplish your daily tasks. Computer software that would be used daily include Microsoft Office, CCC Workflow, PDF viewers, Web Browsers for parts searching and vehicle procedures.
We are looking for candidates that show up to work every day and be on time to start the day at 7:30AM Monday - Friday. You must be able to maintain a clean, organized and efficient work environment. You will not be micromanaged but will be expected to perform at a high level every day.
Daily tasks include:
Checking in, tagging, mirror matching parts with original car parts to be sure they are correct.
Posting invoices in CCC program.
Tracking and posting all part returns and have $0 due to us at the end of each month.
Working with co-workers to problem solve difficult parts and get them asap.
Search and purchase parts for all makes and models of vehicles.
Communicate with parts vendors to order, get status updates and get all parts needed to repair vehicles quickly.
Use company vehicle to go pick up parts from vendors when necessary.
