Property Manager needed for residential dwellings in Indianapolis and its surrounding suburbs.
This offer is most suitable as a side job preferably for an individual in the property management / construction / renovation line.
Duties:
Renovate & maintain properties
Communicate with applicable City / County agencies to make sure properties are in compliance.
Keep on top of necessary payments (IE Tax Water etc)
Keep all vacant properties well secured
Mow grass as necessary
Make sure properties are in compliance with local laws / rules
Find qualified tenant for the vacant dwellings
Collect rent from tenants who have failed to mail
File & follow through with local enforcement to evict non paying tenants
Applicants Must
1) Be handy - able to make minor repairs
2) Be knowledgeable, - able to advise others on necessary repairs / procedures
3) Be familiar with local construction / housing maintenance rules
4) Be able to recruit workers for possible work at different locations
5) Have a valid drivers license and own means of transportation
6) Have own / able to obtain necessary tools
7) Be qualified to manage properties per Indiana / Indianapolis laws / regulations
