The primary role of the Retail Associate/Marketing Intern is to engage customers within Comfort Options Circle Centre Mattress Store in downtown Indianapolis. However, this opportunity is beyond the typical retail cashier or sales associate. This role is required to learn, understand, and communicate the aspects of Comfort Options brand that differentiates it apart from its competitors. Tasks within this role will include:
1) Sales: Engaging with customers within the store
2) Branding: Maintaining consistency through communication spoken and visual
3) Marketing Assistance Social Media, Review Management, Website Experience Optimization, Digital Advertising Analysis, Market Research
Desired Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma
- Currently seeking Bachelors Degree helpful
- Marketing experience and education helpful
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
