SuccessFactors Implementation Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing detailed project plans, including setting milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
  • Communicating roles and responsibilities and assigning tasks across multiple areas including customer and consulting staff
  • Actively managing the status of project work throughout the entirety of the project and across both customer and consulting resources
  • Managing customer's expectations, project scope, budget, and overall timeline
  • Managing and motivating people involved in the project
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues, escalating as appropriate, and driving to resolution in partnership with the customer and consulting resources
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors Project Management experience
  • Experience leading multiple SAP SuccessFactors Implementations start to finish
  • BA/BS degree (or compelling related work experience)
  • Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience using strong written and verbal communication skills.
