Job Skills / Requirements
Sunstates Security is hiring a full-time Site Supervisor in the Indianapolis area. The post is Monday-Friday, 1st shift. Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience as well as 3 years of security experience. Previous military and police officers are welcome. Experience with scheduling as well as payroll is a plus. Excellent communication skills are required. The starting pay rate is $16/hr.
A Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety in accordance with Sunstates Security's objectives.
