All About You
2+ years experience in a similar role (Auto Body Repair Service Writer, CollisionÂCustomer Service Manager or Insurance / Field Adjuster)Proficiency with CCC One, Audatex, and/or Mitchell estimating systemsPrepare estimates in accordance with insurance partner, direct repair (DRP) guidelinesCompleteÂdamage analysis and participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicleMaintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completions of repairsI-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
