We are looking for a Rockstar
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. This is a solid inside-sales opportunity with the potential to earn thousands in commission. Must have a take-no-prisoners-do-what-it-takes attitude.
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Expand and maintain your database of prospects
Team up with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Use our CRM tool
We hire attitude over skills but these would help
Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Proficient in basic Excel formula calculations
Strong math skills
Minimum of 45 words-per-minute
Ability to follow directions
Self-starter with time-management skills a must
Excellent phone skills; Strong communication skills
Requirements
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity
Experience working with Infusionsoft or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Monday through Thursday 8am 6pm, Friday 8am - 5pm. Overtime as needed
Salary: $30,000 - $120,000+ or more Annually
Base determined by experience and skill, plus commission
