Commercial HVAC/R Technician

Position Summary: HVAC & Refrigeration Service Techs are comfort controllers, and work with heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems. They install, repair, replace and maintain HVAC & refrigeration systems for businesses in many different types of buildings. HVAC & refrigeration techs understand how to make buildings cool in the summer and warm in the winter and refrigeration systems running smoothly. With focus on delivering a level of service that far exceeds the customers' expectations, our technicians help educate our customers when choosing our services and handling customer relations.
Pay: Up to $35/hr DOE

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of Commercial HVAC and/or Refrigeration Service
EPA certification
Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
Pass a pre-employment drug and background check
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience making repair and replace decisions.
Advanced customer service skills.
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
NATE certified preferred
