Local Property Management Company searching for qualified HANDY MAN/TECH We manage hundreds of units throughout the Indianapolis mostly in Center Township We are looking for a qualified HANDYMAN/TECH who can perform all types of residential repair issues. We do not do quick fix we do it right!
Plumbing:
leaking sink, running toilet, repair Hot water heaters, tub shower repair, replace manifolds, drain backups, stopped up toilets and drains
Electrical
light fixture, grounding outlets, install GFI
Drywall and Painting
Patch holes and painting
Carpentry
Replace door knobs, adjust doors and windows
Replace subfloor
Change out locks Install weather strip and caulk
Install Smoke detectors
HVAC
Minor trouble shoot, replace thermostats, replace furnace filters
Section 8 knowledge helpful but not required.
