Property Management company looking for a handyman to help with getting vacant rental properties turned around and ready to rent.
Job Requirements:
Minor plumbing
Minor electrical.
Painting
Minor Carpentry
Misc. repairs
Must have own tools and transportation. Properties are located in Columbus and Hope Indiana.
Could be second job for evenings and weekends.
Must be reliable and agree to background check.
Pay will be based on job experience.
