Top Shelf Tours is hiring part time tour drivers. We are needing people on a part-time, as-needed basis. We are continually growing and are looking for great people mostly for Friday evenings and Saturdays. However, we really need someone who has availability during weekdays as well for corporate clients.
Join our talented team, where we take people around Indy to help them enjoy what the city has to offer! We are very accommodating, fun-loving, and want others to have fun, all while being people's designated drivers in a small 14-person bus. We have routes that include great craft breweries and wineries, and we also let people choose their own destinations as party bus rentals.
Top Shelf considers itself a customer service company first and a transportation company second.
The buses are located south of Greenwood in Whiteland, and we make trips all over central Indiana. Check out our website at www.topshelf.tours for more information on what we do.
We are interested in talking to applicants that:
Are at least 21 years of age
Are comfortable driving a passenger vehicle fitting up to 14 people, with experience driving such vehicles.
Have a helpful, accommodating, and patient personality that goes with the flow
Have or have the ability to obtain a Public Passenger Chauffeur Driver's License
Have and are able to constantly maintain a motor vehicle record that is both satisfactory to management and that meets the requirements of the company's insurance carriers
Are able to work nights and weekendsthe tours will be on Thursday thru Saturday nights and Friday thru Sunday afternoons, so drivers can pick all or some of these trips. Also, bus rentals may occur until late in the night, and we shuttle people up to the concerts at the Ruoff Music Center often. Saturdays are key.
Keep a very strong customer focus and can make the trip a memorable and fun one
Can be held responsible for driving a company vehicle on a designated route, and cleaning, stocking, and finish up the vehicle before and after tours
Can interact professionally and personally with customers and tour stop employees, making them laugh while keeping them safe
Have knowledge of the craft beer and/or wine industries, which is helpful but not required
Can help us grow and maintain our excellent five star ratings on all of the review sites
Has availability on weekends and some weekday days and evenings
