Heartland is looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Billing Solutions team!

What will you be doing :

Manage day-to-day operations initiatives and tasks for the Billing Solutions organization - this includes (but is not limited to):

• Boarding and configuring clients
• Identifying and solving issues related to performance of the business operations
• Manage ACH Debit exception process
• Track boarding data and make recommendations on improvement
• Run reports (SQL knowledge)
• Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
• Develop and maintain department SOP
• Work with data analyst to maintain and create ACH risk rules

What are the requirements:

• 1 - 2 years as an analyst
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• SQL proficiency
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Strong business acumen
