Seeking qualified practice manager for Clark Medical Group (CMG) Orthopedic and Spine practice. Duties include supervision of staff and profit/loss responsibility. Qualified candidate will manage the daily operations of CMG physician office(s) providing and promoting an environment of quality and efficiency in a professional, caring and cost effective manner. Participates in planning, organizing, and implementing all other business activities of the department that coincide with the goals and contribute to the success of CMG. Responsible for assuring adequate and qualified physician office staff through selective hiring, training, development, motivation, scheduling and the utilization of vocational/technical school students. Practice Manager is responsible for effective cost control of clinical and office supplies, equipment, monitoring staff productivity and controlling overtime and maximizing revenue. Assists in analyzing results and developing improvement processes. Participates in budgeting process, marketing/promotional events and community project, ISBH compliance, and intra/interdepartmental process improvement teams.Minimum education requirement: Associates Degree in medical assisting, business or related field
1. 1-3 years of experience working in a physician office and/or healthcare environment
2.
