Mobile Home Community Maintenance Technician

SALARY; $500 to $600 Weekly

OAK BROOK ESTATES/MHPin, LLC Management has an opening for a maintenance technician to join our team servicing mobile homes and our gorgeous newly renovated community in Kokomo, IN. This is a full-time position, and ideally would love to have the right candidate living onsite. We want you to be just as proud of the park as we are!
Qualifications include the following:
Electrical & plumbing experience is a must.
Work orders may include but are not limited to, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, drywall, painting, caulking, and appliance repair.
Conduct unit inspections of vacant units, annual unit inspection, and other inspections, as needed.
Clean and repair fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters and drains.
Keep up the Maintenance shop in an organized, safe, and clean manner.
Understand and learn the community's electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and HVAC systems.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license.
Pass a background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
