PROPERTY PRESERVATION COMPANY is seeking experienced contractors throughout counties in INDIANA
We are looking to expand our team of dedicated contractors to perform quality preservation work. This is a 1099 position and contractors must have the following:
-Trailer/Truck (Reliable transportation)
-Digital Camera/Smart Phone
-Computer with a reliable internet connection
-General Liability Insurance
-Great Communication
-Pass a background check
-Knowledge/experience of the preservation field
-Meet deadlines
Contractors must be able to complete the following order types:
-Occupancy Inspections
-Debris/Trash Removal
-Initial Secure (changing locks)
-Grass Cuts
-Winterization
-Boarding (doors, windows, etc.)
-Provide bids
-Cure violations/damages if needed
-Much More
