Belle Tire is looking to add an experienced Automotive Technician to the Kokomo team!
This is a full-time role that offers benefits including; uncapped commission based pay averaging $60-80K/YR, competitive medical/dental/vision after 60 days, 401(k), flexible schedules, Sundays off, provided uniforms, and more.
Belle Tire is a family owned retail tire shop based out of Michigan. Our Auto Techs receive top pay and industry leading benefits. Our average Auto Tech brings home 60-80k per year and our top tier techs make well into six figures.
Ideally we are looking for ASE certified mechanics but will consider candidates that have adequate experience/education in auto repair without the certs.
The Automotive Technician is committed to providing the highest quality of repairs and service necessary to satisfy the customer. They should be self-motivated, dependable, hard-working and work well in a team environment. They must be certified (State of MI/ not applicable in OHIO or INDIANA), knowledgeable and have experience in areas covered by the ASE certification programs (Engine Repair, Transmissions, Drive Train/Axles, Suspension/Steering, Brakes, Electrical, Heating/Air Conditioning and Engine Performance, Light Vehicle/Diesel).
