The EDI Analyst investigates and resolves day-to-day trading partners' production issues. Manages trading partner relationships as they relate to electronic transactions; coordinates EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) testing and trading partner implementation initiatives; sets up and maintains trading partner profiles and transaction mappings; understands and maintains current knowledge of EDI standards and ensures that company conforms to electronic trading standards for the industry. The EDI Analyst also supports the company's quality, security, and maintenance of product data. Helps define data elements and adheres to established policies and procedures related to the collection and accuracy of data.Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve EDI issues regarding day-to-day production issues within organization and with Trading Partners.
• Coordinate EDI testing and implementation.
• Create maps for new transactions and maintain existing maps.
• Understand and maintain current knowledge of EDI standards.
• Maintain and resolve issues regarding AS2 communications.
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot scheduled jobs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot translation software.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with all users.
• Understand ERP systems and the relationship of product data to EDI.
• Understand ERP functions as related to tables and user requirements.

• 3+ years of EDI experience with mapping, development, trading partner setup, testing, troubleshooting, and support.
• Experience with EDI X12 transactions with manufacturing, supply chain, and/or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong EDI data analysis skills and understanding of networked systems
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Plus skills include OpenText, JD Edwards, SQL and JavaScript
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
