Teton Management Corp is seeking a maintenance technician to work at our Holiday Park Mobile Home Community in Muncie, IN. This person would handle maintenance requests, emergency issues, and general maintenance needs of the community. This is a part-time, hourly wage position averaging about 30 hrs/wk. Salary range: $14-17/hr
Some duties may include, but are not limited to:
- General maintenance and contractor knowledge.
- Some plumbing knowledge preferred.
- Willingness to perform some park landscaping.
- Some after-hours emergency support required.
- Diagnosing & Troubleshooting Property Issues
Not required but are a plus:
- Carpentry knowledge, including installing new countertops, installing & building a wall from scratch. - -
- Knowledge of mobile homes would be helpful.
- New Painting & Touch-Ups
- Flooring Restoring
- Light electrical maintenance
- PVC Piping maintenance
