Service Elite Roofing Solutions, an affiliate company of Butler Homes is looking for an Individual to fill our repair technician / operations manager position. Must be highly experienced at new asphalt and rubber roofing installation and repairs. We do not do metal roofing.
Besides hourly pay, sales commissions are available as well as performance bonuses.
This individual will also be employed with Butler Homes, our custom home building and remodeling division and be required to work on new construction and remodeling projects. Professional carpentry skills, painting, tile setting, and general all around construction knowledge is not necessary but preferred and will allow for higher pay.
Bilingual - Spanish/english (preferred)
Must have valid DL with clean driving record
Must be legal US citizen
Must have transportation to and from office
All work is local to East Central Indiana. Our office is located on north side of Muncie. Company truck is provided.

Upon completion of 30 days probationary period employees are qualified to participate in our bonuses program. Bonus structure allows you to receive from $10 up to $500 bonuses (taxable income).
Upon 1 year of service completed with more than 1250 hours accumulated you qualify for PAID vacation, holidays, and sick days.

Requirements:
Maintain own hand tools (tool belt, hammer, tape measure, utility knife, speed square)
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE - driving record must be reviewed and approved by our insurance carrier.
Starting compensation ranges from $14 - $20 per hour based on prior experience with increases for high performance.
