Teton Management Corp is seeking a community manager to work at our Holiday Park Mobile Home Community in Muncie, IN. This is a part-time, hourly wage position averaging about 15 hours/week and would include Saturday Open House hours. Applicant must have people skills, technical skills to learn property management software, Microsoft Office, other tech apps associated with the position. This position will also require the organization of community events. Clear, professional communication and skills are a must. Salary based on experience.

The ideal candidate would be:

- Dynamic, professional leasing/salesperson with high energy and great phone skills

- Efficient, effective and diplomatic at collections

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel (helpful, not required)

- Able to work with a wide range of current residents personalities and prospects

- Diplomacy and solutions-oriented communication skills are critical.

- Proactive and demonstrate attention to detail

- Able to learn property management software, process applications, and generate leases

- Skilled at working with onsite maintenance and property vendors

- Applicants must be able to pass a background check, a drug test, and hold a valid driver's license.
