We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee as needed maintenance. This position requires a hands-on individual who will schedule, coordinate, and inspect all maintenance and repair work, maintaining property standards. Three professional references must be provided. Background check will be conducted. No prior convictions or bankruptcies.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule all routine and emergency maintenance.
Personally inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
Submit records of service requests, work orders, and vendor activity.
Respond promptly to tenant maintenance concerns or complaints.
Conduct regular property inspections (interior and exterior).
Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff.
Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management or facilities coordination.
Strong understanding of building systems and general maintenance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to be onsite daily and respond to emergencies after hours if needed.
