Hello,
My name is Jim owner of construction company in Anderson. We are in the process of rehabbing more than 50 houses in Anderson. We are seeking independent contractors to work on our team! We are looking for independent teams that bid on the jobs "labor only". We will provide all materials and we pay cash.
Scope of work: Many of these houses we have been vacant for years. Some of these are "Big Boy" rehabs. We rehab these houses to get them rent-ready. We then pass them to property management company and sell to investors.
Requirements:
1. References of previous work - this can include pictures and contact number of references of past work.
2. Detailed overview of capabilities.
3. Must have your own truck and tools.
We pay cash and looking for help now. We prefer all contractors are located in Anderson since all of the work is here.
