This May 2019 the newly built, I-70 Eastside Rest Area, at the Ohio/ Indiana line will be opening and we need Caretakers for all shifts.
1st: 7am to 3pm
2nd: 3pm to 11pm
3rd: 11pm to 7am
We are now accepting applications for positions so at the time of opening we can have the new Rest Area manned with Caretakers.
First, you must be at least 18 years or older. You must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. You must not have any felonies. Lastly we will need a copy of your local background/ police check.
ARE YOU 62 YEARS OR OLDER AND ON SOCIAL SECUTIRY AND NEED ADDITIONAL INCOME? THEN WE ARE PERFECT FOR YOU!
This job consists of, keeping the facility and grounds in tip top shape so travelers can have a clean and safe environment to stop at.
Here is a brief list of job duties: Snow removal and laying of salt on the sidewalks, keeping flower beds and yard free of debris and sticks, cleaning restrooms, toilets, urinals, sweeping/ wet mopping floors, vacuuming rugs, cleaning glass/ mirrors, emptying waste cans inside and outside, high/ low dusting, etc,. ONSITE TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
